About the Event
Retired Professional Lisa L. Bixby of Bixby's Caterers, LLC:
Ms. Lisa Bixby served as President and Owner of Bixby’s Caterers, LLC., from 1994-2017 where she oversaw the operations of a full service, off premise, catering business.
Lisa began her career after she graduated from Hollins University in Roanoke, Va. in 1985. She accepted a job at The Wilmington Hilton in Wilmington, Delaware, and with this company, she spent six years fine tuning her skills in the Food and Beverage Industry. In 1991, Lisa accepted a position with a local restaurant, which also provided full service catering, and was where Lisa caught the catering bug. In 1994, Lisa joined forces with a colleague who was a Chef, and the two of them created Bixby’s Caterers, LLC.
